Our leadership team has extensive experience in large-scale event management with a strong foundation in military values. We ensure our entire team and all partners uphold these same principles. 

John, President

John, a USMC Veteran NCO, brings 30 years of large event management to the team. His leadership in the space includes an impressive track record of government and commercial large-scale event execution as President of Naptown Events. 

Jenna Buck

Partnered with non-profits, associations, government entities, and corporations to strategize and produce events. Worked in venues all over the DMV – The Kennedy Center, Planet Word, NMAA, NMAAH, NMWA, Arts in Industries Building, Library of Congress, Union Station and other venues in the US including the JFK Library in Boston. 

Rose Dziedzic

Rose has been involved in directing multiple races for more than a decade, including both USATF and RRCA National Championship events. Rose is an avid runner herself who has completed 9 marathons, including 5 Marine Corps Marathon finishes, and 3 ultramarathons. A proud spouse to a retired US Navy officer, she is passionate about serving and supporting the military community.
