John, a USMC Veteran NCO, brings 30 years of large event management to the team. His leadership in the space includes an impressive track record of government and commercial large-scale event execution as President of Naptown Events.
Scott McKee, COO
Scott brings 20 years of operational leadership experience across government, healthcare, defense, and private industry. As COO of Naptown Events, he helps drive organizational growth through strategic planning, logistics, and process optimization. His leadership experience includes creating over $23M in revenue opportunity, identifying $8M in cost avoidance through AI-assisted workflows, and supporting high-reliability organizations across Fortune 500 and defense sectors. A decorated U.S. Navy veteran and former helicopter pilot, Scott combines disciplined execution with innovative problem-solving to deliver results at scale.
Herb Klein, CFO
Herbert Klein III is the Chief Financial Officer of Naptown Events, LLC., bringing extensive executive leadership experience across finance, operations, and business development in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Naptown Events, Herb held leadership roles with TrustCo Bank Corp., United Way of Greater Mercer County, the Louis August Jonas Foundation, Accenture, and PricewaterhouseCoopers, and served as COO for multiple investor-backed startups. He specializes in large-scale project management, organizational growth, business transformation, and strategic operations, with international business experience in Europe and Asia. Herb holds a BS in Economics and Computer Science from the State University of New York at Albany.
Rose Dziedzic, Director of Major Events
Rose has been involved in directing multiple races for more than a decade, including both USATF and RRCA National Championship events. Rose is an avid runner herself who has completed 9 marathons, including 5 Marine Corps Marathon finishes, and 3 ultramarathons. A proud spouse to a retired US Navy officer, she is passionate about serving and supporting the military community.
Will Raymond, Event Operations Specialist
Will is an undergraduate student at the University of South Carolina majoring in Sports and Entertainment Management. He brings a strong passion for event operations, team coordination, and client engagement to Naptown Events. Through his academic background and hands-on experience, Will supports large-scale event execution with a focus on organization, communication, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. His drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm for the sports and entertainment industry make him a valuable part of the team.
